Here is an important article about Zero Point Energy. Have a read of this article. It may be the most important thing you read. Not to offend the reader, I will say that ‘some’ people prefer to read trash rags, and then some of us read things that may be of benefit to humanity. I say, the quality of what we read is the quality we send out into the world. Enjoy the article. Click below to open online pdf reader.

The power of touch and intention can heal
This is a video taken in a Chinese hospital in 1996. The doctors are placing their hands on a woman with a bladder cancer tumor. As they place their hands on the bladder area, they repeat a mantra (apparently their repeating the word “healed” in Chinese) over and over as the cancer disappears. If we now can see what our intention can do to our body, imagine what negative emotions can do to a body. With the power of our hands and a loving intention, we can change the well-being of our body within seconds.
Water is a conductor of consciousness. We are 70% water. So if we add an energy vibratory intention to water, it can change the molecular structure of the water. If we add negativity to our body through emotions and limitations, we will inevitably be the very thing the negativity is expressing. This is why we have illness in our bodies. It’s a bit like the saying “we are what we eat”….. And “we are what we feel” as well.
I offer Reiki healing and this is exactly what this Chinese man is doing in the video below. Reiki is the very same principle. And we can do it on ourselves when we are feeling pain or stress. Please watch this video and see for yourself. It’s amazing.
Hypnosis – does it really work?
At last, it’s official. Hypnotism really does work – and it has an impact on the brain which can be measured scientifically, according to one of America’s leading psychiatrists.David Spiegel, from Stanford University, told the prestigious American Association for the Advancement of Science that he had scanned the brains of volunteers who were told they were looking at coloured objects when, in fact, they were black and white.
A scan showing areas of the brain used to register colour highlighted increased blood flow, indicating that the volunteers genuinely ‘saw’ colours, as they had been told they would.
‘This is scientific evidence that something happens in the brain when people are hypnotised that doesn’t happen ordinarily,’ Mr Spiegel told delegates.
He added that there were ‘tremendous medical implications’ and envisaged people being able to manage their own pain and anxiety.
Well, I am relieved to know that the people I have hypnotised on stage down the years were not just putting it on to please me and the audience. And, more importantly, that those I have cured of fears and phobias were genuinely cured.
I am delighted that this research confirms what professional hypnotists, such as myself, who have been successfully using the technique for medical purposes, have known all along – hypnotism has a genuine effect on the functioning of the mind, as well as the body.
Let me give you one example of my recent work in New York. Patricia was a high-flying business executive who had put off having a child for
many years because her career came first. Now the biological clock had clicked in and she desperately wanted a baby, but she could not get pregnant.
There was no physical reason for her infertility, and I soon came to realise that she had simply done a fine job of selfhypnosis, programming her body to reject pregnancy.
I re-hypnotised her to switch that part of her body back on, and within a couple of months she was pregnant and now has twins.
Another area in which hypnosis works is pain control. We can all remember concentrating desperately hard on, say, putting up a shelf.
Your screwdriver slips, you cut your finger – and it hardly registers. It is only when you have finished that you realise the finger hurts intolerably, and you notice blood running down your arm.
I have used that principle to help several women to have painless childbirths by hypnotising them into concentrating on things other than the forthcoming pain.
And it is even possible for selfhypnosis to do the trick. I know from experience that it is possible to teach that technique.
Recently I was talking to Dr Roger Bannister, the man who ran the first four-minute mile back in the Fifties. It had been deemed an unbreakable barrier. But within a year or so of his epic feat, some 30 other runners had done the same.
Had the world suddenly produced a new breed of supermen-Of course not. What had happened was that Roger’s astonishing feat had changed the mindset of many runners.
Instead of saying ‘That’s impossible’ they were now saying ‘You know, I could just do that’. And the mental shift impacted on their bodily functions.
Much of the work I now do with leading athletes involves that principle. I hypnotise them into accepting that they could do even better than they are doing.
Do I succeed? All I can say is that many of those sportsmen and women report back to me that their performance has improved, and they send their friends to consult me – which is the highest compliment.
The other area in which, in my experience, hypnotism works well is in curing irrational fears and phobias – as well as addictions such as smoking or overeating.
A good hypnotist can rid you of anxieties within half an hour, and in New York I conducted a televised experiment which proves it.
I hypnotised Gina, a young lady who had a morbid fear of flying. Then I took her up in a C111 transport plane and at 3,000ft opened the rear door and stood with her (harnessed of course) a mere 12in from the drop, while she calmly enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city.
As far as I am concerned, anything which says to the sceptics that hynotism is more than either a showbiz con or a simple matter of the weak-minded ‘victim’ being influenced by the stronger-willed hypnotist is worthwhile.
Please don’t misunderstand me. I have no worries about hypnotism as entertainment. That is how I started out, and I still love to perform on stage and television, although it can involve drama and hype and a slightly contrived, spooky atmosphere.
But, like many others, I soon came to realise that there is much more to the art than merely persuading people to do foolish things as a bit of fun.
As I looked into the history of hypnotism I learned that in its modern form it was first practised as ‘animal magnetism’ some 200 years ago in Vienna by one Dr Franz Anton Mesmer (hence the word mesmerised).
He was highly successful but he ended up ruined and driven out of the city by the medical establishment, having been accused of faking and practising magic.
Or take the case of 19th century surgeon James Esdaile. He practised in India and, as a matter of necessity, performed dozens of operations, including major amputations, without anaesthetic and without his patients feeling pain.
He claimed a 95 per cent success rate, at a time when most surgeons killed some 40 per cent of their patients. But when he came back to this country and tried to interest his colleagues in his discovery, he was laughed out of court by the medical authorities.
Is it any wonder then that those who discovered they had the power to hypnotise soon found they could do better by taking their skill on to the stage rather than into the consulting rooms?
Now I hope that the research conducted by David Spiegel and others will finally enable hypnotism to take its proper place as a serious part of medical science. It is high time.

Relaxing ocean sounds. Very soothing sounds. Here are some sounds that will bring you a sense of relaxation. These sounds are ocean and water sounds. It’s just amazing how sound can change your vibration, which influences your state, mood and mindset. As you shift your state of mind, your body will begin to shift its vibration and you will begin to feel a sense of vitality.
When you start to slow down from your stressful schedules, you will begin to see your skin and hair improve. You will see your energy levels change and you will begin to feel happier.
Everything in our universe is energy. It’s just a matter of raising the vibration where positivity can thrive, making it easier for you to manifest positivity into you life and thoughts. Try these sounds…. It works for me.
Energy Healing is about being open to change. Most people think Energy Healing is an art form made from hocus pocus. But in fact, it’s been around for thousands of years. The ancients used it for healing when there were no sophisticated medicines. Things were simpler then so they depended on healing their mind, body and soul with their mind and universal energy. The ancients didn’t have much of a choice but to heal their own bodies otherwise they would perish. Then why do people of today deny its power and effectiveness? Well one reason would be is that we have so become accustomed to medicine from pharmaceutical companies to fix us up. And not to mention the friendly family doctor.
The truth of the matter is that the mind is very powerful in healing the body. And nature and the universe we live it has all the ingredients to heal our bodies. What the mind decides, the body will follow. Positivity can help a great deal in our growth and evolution. Cave men didn’t rely on cold and flu tablets to relieve the symptoms of a cold, they just got up and got on with it. They had to. It was the mind power to overcome, survive and thrive. This is how evolution works folks. I always say, I’ll try anything once. And if it doesn’t hurt you, it can only make you wiser. And who knows, it could even change your life forever. Blessings.
Depression and Spirituality is one in the same thing. The pathway to spiritual expansion is experiencing deep emotions. During this process, your awareness expands and the path to growth and enlightenment is explored. There are no short cuts to this place. Its like trying to understand a concept in a book but choose not to read the book. Growth requires will and a desire to explore.
You could say that here on our beautiful planet, there are some very beautiful people with dear souls who want to grow and explore. These people are often known as our teachers or healers. And there are the people on the other side of the spectrum. These people enjoy misery. Finding whatever opportunity for comfortable anarchy and destruction. A journey they have chosen which they know deep down will give them the platform for spiritual growth.
Could we say that we are all highly aware of what we want and know how we need to learn our lessons. Some of us understand it. Just a little mystery. Yes. But there are so many people who will say the words…. “I just know it”. I’ll follow that feeling.
Are we apart of one Universe within an Omniverse? Science is talking about the theory that our universe is apart of many universes in one large Omniverse. There could be infinite universes in this Ominverse. As the above graphic shows, we are one of those bright dots in that large expansive Omniverse. Its hard to get your head around how large these spaces are. Our human mind can not understand the complexity and magic of the universe and how it operates. In metaphysical studies, some people believe we belong to this universe constructed of light. Is this universe, the operating factor that keeps this light construct together is love. Love being the energy of creation.
If we can imagine that all the other universes are made of different or similar properties, then we could imagine life being of something very different to us. Can we understand this? What we may be talking about is a physics construct that is so different to light can we could not possibly understand it within our light universe.
However, consciousness is eternal and exists outside of time and space. So could every single person in this universe exist in these other universes as something we can not understand? Yes it’s possible. What is above is so below. The microcosm and the macrocosm is very much how we can define the nature of infinity. That life goes on forever in all directions. If this is so then we may exist on a soul level, in many large and small worlds from the atom to a galaxy to a complete universe. The fact that life is infinite would suggest that every single soul is a universe, a galaxy or a planet to a tree or an animal.
Then we can visit the subject of all the dimensions in our light universe. There are eleven dimensional vibrational spaces existing in our own universe. As we journey up to the eleventh dimension, energy begins to vibrate faster where materialism ceases to exist. Mainstream science has managed to prove of this fact over the many years of research. As you fall down the dimensions into the third dimension, consciousness begins to manifest its essence into atomic form. In the atomic structure, the true essence of our spirit in the higher dimensions holds the atomic structures together for life to flourish using sound and vibration to manifest into material form.
If we can imagine that we are a universe or a galaxy, try to imagine being a lotus flower. With every leaf being a star system swirling within a galaxy. The very nature of how our galaxies move in a circular motion is a very consistent phenomena that occurs in nature. This energy is constant in life throughout the universe creating an energy flow that creates a condition for life to sustain its own lifeforce to maintain and sustain life.
The Nature of life in our universe is fractal. As life moves through a galaxy, consciousness may be that galaxy where it fractals out into a particular star system, then fractals into a solar system into a sun, then fractals into a planet and then may even fractal into a being like ourselves. This fractal can also go the other way and that is from at galaxy back outside of this universe and enter another universe in the Omniverse. The mystery of this is that if we do enter other universe to have experiences to grow and evolve, what kind of universe are we experiencing and what kind of life would we be living? Is it of light construct like our universe? Is it something completely different that we could not possibly grasp? My guess is yes. It’s something so wonderful and inspiring that if there was anything that could understand an alternate reality, it would be our consciousness. As it could travel outside of time easily.
Consciousness is the mechanics of all that is alive in this universe. Without it, there would be no life that could experience itself as being alive.
Water is conscious
Water is conscious and perhaps the most vital component for life, is so abundant on Earth that most humans take it for granted. Yet the very consistency of water is a mystery within itself.
Comprised of two explosive gasses, hydrogen and oxygen, when combined in a simple formula of two parts oxygen and one part hydrogen, it becomes a fluid substance that has the capability of dowsing fire and maintaining life. Once the gases combine to form water, it almost takes a rocket scientist to figure out how to separate them again.
Now a Japanese scientist is saying he believes that water has a consciousness of its own and that mankind must not only understand this, but learn to show a love and respect for water if we expect to continue our existence.
As a major component of Planet Earth, a sentient giant that many humans believe is the creator of all living things that exist in and on its surface, the discoveries by Dr. Masaru Emoto must be given serious consideration. If the Earth is a living thing, and all of the cells that comprise the things on it are not only alive, but aware, who can say that the water that covers a portion of its surface and flows through the underground rivers like blood through our veins is not also alive?
Emoto, the author of Messages From Water, says he has discovered that water, which is nearly as old as our planet and a basic component of life, has a consciousness and can perceive, remember and communicate with the environment like all other living organisms.
An alternative medicine specialist, Dr. Emoto believes water has a natural healing power. He has been researching its mysteries since 1994 using a magnetic resonance analyzer to measure its properties.
While we know so little about water, Emoto believes it is important that we learn what the ancients once knew, and start to live in healthy harmony with the substance that comprises over 70 percent of our bodies.
He also believes that humans must experience a paradigm shift of thought before they will have any chance of uncovering the consciousness of water.
Emoto’s experiments with water included collecting samples from around the world and then observing and photographing them through a microscope as they were frozen into crystals.
Using magnifications of up to 500 times, Emoto discovered that while thawing, as the frozen flakes became liquid, they revealed certain crystal structures.
“It is impossible to obtain identical crystal pictures even from one type of water . . . but there is a certain tendency in all of the samples to form a crystal grid,” he wrote.
He said he had the feeling that each crystal was trying hard to become beautiful. “It’s trying to purify itself,” he said.
And there was something else. Emoto found that there was a significant difference in the way water crystallized and the crystals broke down again when the samples came from urban areas compared to other more healthy environments.
He said the “healthy water” would show a complete hexagonal crystal structure that did not exist in water from polluted areas.
Emoto believes water contains Hado, an intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. “Water is the most receptive of the four elements,” he said.
His experiments involved placing bottles of distilled water between amplifiers and playing various kinds of music. When classical works or the chanting of monks were produced the water produced clear and beautiful crystal structures. When pop or heavy metal music was played, the crystals were haphazard.
The experiments also involved the way water reacted to energy from pictures and words. “Letters and pictures contain vibrations, too. Our consciousness, values and feelings are imprinted on such objects,” he said.
He said he found that water is capable of memorizing sound vibrations and this memory is reflected in the way it forms crystals. “Water reflects what it perceives,” he said.
Emoto found that water crystallization changed when it occurred in different human environments. For example, when the water was placed in front of a computer monitor, no crystals were produced. But when a piece of paper with a positive word like “love” was attached to the bottle, crystals developed. When placed near a television playing a movie with a positive storyline, there were lovely crystals.
The words “devil” and “angel,” having negative and positive connotations among the humans around the water, also affected the water. The crystals changed from a deformed, blackish structure to beautiful hexagonal formations.
“The medium is not as important as the energy it conveys,” Emoto said. “If you have a happy and positive conversation on a mobile phone, the water will form good crystals.
“Positive information results in beautiful hexagonal crystals, while negative information shows otherwise,” he said. “If we are aware of this and communicate good feelings and messages, the quality of crystals will be beautiful and hence the quality of the water will be good,” he said.
As a physician, Dr. Emoto said he believes that if we learn to take care of the water that is within our bodies, we can heal. “As we are mainly composed of water, we should vibrate good energy to the water in our bodies. Positive thinking and emotions, for example, can readily affect the quality of water in our body. Stress, a cause of many illnesses, is a result of the bad energy we carry in our body’s water.”
Emoto also urged people to be kind to other water-based beings on the planet and create positive energy flows throughout the world.
The tragedy is that water around the world has become highly polluted as a result of human ignorance and un-gratefulness. Emoto believes, however, that we have the power to improve the quality of this water by becoming aware of its qualities and learning to be more grateful for it.
“By changing the vibration, we can change the substance. So we can alter the environment,” he said.
