In our Sydney clinic, Hypnotherapy to Boost Memory, Accelerate Learning and Focus can be extremely effective in changing learning patterns. The ability to learn effectively is hindered by our inability to focus in a relaxed way. It is possible to increase focus and concentration, decreasing frustration and anger. Mindfulness and relaxation are very effective in focusing our attention at the moment, enabling us to retain information and memory, accelerating our learning and comprehension processes.
The majority of the time, stress is the major factor in losing the ability to retain information. Mainstream science is now telling us that multi-tasking is not a natural function of the brain. Focus and attention on one thing at a time is how we manage to progress from one thing, and finish it, then moving to another task. Learning to remember a name is always without any argument the process of absorbing the word by focusing literally on the word. Fragmentation in the mind

Once the client is then asked to use his/her learning abilities, the client is able to tap into this part of themselves that holds these skills, allowing the client to use this awareness in any aspect of their lives. This can improve confidence, calmness, self-esteem, and a better self-image of oneself.
Do you suffer from Mental Illness or Depression?
Often these symptoms will be treated with drugs prescribed by a doctor. Anti-depressants, sleep medication, and perhaps a diet or stop smoking program will be prescribed. It’s a good idea to see a doctor first before seeing a Hypnotherapist.
With the duty of care for my clients, I need to ask before we proceed with a session. I am not able to facilitate Hypnotherapy if you have a mental illness such as Schizophrenia or Bipolar. If you are on Depression medication, you will need to get a doctor’s referral first before the session and bring the referral to the session.
