Trauma Therapy and its Healing Solutions
Trauma Therapy and Stress Management can be an effective way to heal childhood trauma, panic attacks, PTSD, and physical or emotional abuse. Stress and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder are the responses from our protective human unconscious mind. When we are threatened or feel danger, the part of our fight-or-flight protective brain kicks in. This is the most primitive part of our brain, responsible for self-preservation and instinctual responses.
When we develop the higher reasoning part of our mind, we can overcome primitive responses that negatively control our lives. Our human higher mind is responsible for problem-solving. The use of the Cerebellum, Limbic, and Cerebrum brains all need to work in harmony to overcome trauma.
Trauma Therapy can be challenging
Courage is essential for Healing
Seeking Trauma Therapy can be daunting. And it’s understandable if you’re hesitant. You are just protecting yourself from Stress. With our professional approach, you will feel safe throughout the healing journey. Whenever we experience something new, it can feel uncomfortable at first.
Building a healthy and trusting rapport with the therapist in your Hypnotherapy for trauma sessions will make your healing journey comfortable. The therapist will guide you through the process of courage and surrender. In trance and hypnotic dialogue, the therapist will help you reframe your Stress and integrate a healing space of peace.
Limiting belief systems
Hypnotherapy for Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder are an effective way to change your response to Stress. Moving the client to that initial distress response and working through reframing the experience is how we overcome the feeling state. Once we change our beliefs, we can change patterns of behaviour and how we choose to feel. The subconscious mind is our protector. In therapy, we can ask the subconscious mind to find new ways to comfort and protect us, or even stop protecting us with such intensity. Stress Management and Trauma Therapy can help.
Several treatments are available for PTSD and Stress Management. Hypnotherapy can be used with therapies such as Psychology, Counselling, and Psychiatry. However, always consult your doctor and ask if Hypnotherapy is safe to experience in conjunction with other treatments and medications. There are many self-help relaxation techniques, but until you go to the cause of the problem, the feelings associated with the trauma may return. This is where Clinical Hypnotherapy can help.
Childhood Trauma and Stress
Trauma Therapy healing the Past
Traumatic events from the past are unresolved anxiety experienced in the present moment. Distress may be associated with childhood experiences that shape the map of our world and how we see ourselves. We often store these experiences within the unconscious mind, hoping that we can resolve these issues later. Sometimes, we never get to that critical day.
When in session, the client revisits past experiences to resolve them. The healing process involves desensitising the effects of these experiences on us. Once healed, a sense of relief will come over you. Even when we mature and grow up, we can still be triggered by things that make us feel unsafe, abandoned, or uncomfortable. This can affect our relationships and our ability to enjoy life’s adventures.
Anxiety is a normal response because it prepares the mind and body to respond to the environment. In extreme cases, distress can be experienced over a long period, negatively influencing our mind and body. It can cause extreme illness in our bodies and post-traumatic stress Disorder.
Quality sleep, exercise, relaxation, stress management, deep breathing, healthy eating, yoga, meditation, and Reiki Healing can be used with Hypnotherapy and NLP to help heal Traumatic triggers.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment
When we get triggered by Trauma
All human beings have been through some form of distress. Sometimes it stems from childhood or an event in adult years. In a relationship, a person may experience emotional and physical abuse, which can disempower them. If the stress has not been adequately attended to, the reinforcements over time can permanently scar an individual.
This can cause complex challenges in relationships, work life, and family dynamics. If these conditions are unchecked, any triggers can bring panic attacks, flashbacks, and stress to a person. This is referred to as ‘Post Traumatic Stress Disorder’. Awareness Healing will help you desensitise these triggers and resolve the causes. Deep trance work allows the patient to feel a sense of relief and peace.
Panic Attacks and Trauma Responses
Panic attacks can be triggered by a traumatic event from our past. When we’re triggered, the unconscious mind defends the person from any threats, which brings on the panic attack. Panic attacks can also be associated with unchecked stress, which can develop as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Stress can become so extreme that a person’s ability to live an everyday life can be compromised. Stress Management and EMDR Therapy are very effective for treating these attacks of discomfort.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment is helpful for:
• Traumatic Relationships
• Childhood Trauma
• Traumatic events
• Neglect as a child
EMDR Therapy for Trauma and PTSD
EMDR Therapy is an effective therapy that helps process anxiety, freeing a person from the defences within the Unconscious Mind.
